Julia Robertson,(She/Her)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance and create a safe space for clients to experience self-reflection and positive change through the use of empathy and unconditional positive regard. In my counselling practice, I draw from solution focused techniques, CBT interventions, and mindfulness in order to work with individuals and couples facing various challenges including stress, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and grief.

I welcome the opportunity to work with children ages (10+) in addition to adults. My previous work experience teaching dance and preschool during my undergraduate years has given me invaluable experience working with children.

I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University and have completed the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University.  My personal time is usually spent going for walks outside, connecting with friends and family, traveling, attending fitness classes, and completing puzzles. I look forward to meeting new clients and hope that together we can achieve positive and long-lasting change.

Julia will be available to work with individual clients. Please contact Jennifer to schedule with Julia.
