I have been practicing as a Registered Psychotherapist for almost 15 years after completing my Master’s in Educational Counselling in 2005. I have completed several internships throughout my professional experience, and continue to regularly attend additional trainings outside of my formal education. I am currently offering individual counseling services through phone calls, secure video sessions and in person at my Manotick office.  I also offer clinical supervision for other psychotherapists and students. My clients would describe me as a down to earth, easy going individual with a good sense of humour. I know it can be scary or difficult to ask for help and to open up our world to another individual. Knowing this I take special care to provide a relaxed, supportive and non judgemental space for you. I truly love the work I do with the people that come into my office. It is an honour to watch people grow, heal and repair; while creating new, more adaptive ways of living.
